Hi guys, anyway found this youtube video that summarises the need for family-friendly policies and the rationale for having one. I feel there are benefits to providing welfare at the workplace, for example allowing employees to bring their babies to work so that they do not need to be away from their workplaces and there wont be a drop in productivity and other issues like that.

Found a relevant article
I found this article while surfing the international herald tribune and i just wanted to ask if anybody feels that Singaporeans are satisfied with their work life? Do yall think we have enough welfare policies available to us? This article talks about how as a nation, we have progressed from having 6 day work weeks to our current 5 day ones. Hope to encourage some healthy debate here cos i'm not really knowledgeable about the available policies we have locally.
